For those who want to contact me regarding matters arising from this site, they can do so at illusion2reality@protonmail.com. However, I respectfully ask readers to keep in mind that I operate independently and do not have the capacity to answer every question or query. Nor do I purport to be an expert on all matters. I simply write using my past experience as a company director of my own financial services business. I retired in 2008 and therefore do not purport to have all changes since that date at my fingertips. But I try.

Please note that, as I receive a large amount of correspondence, I cannot promise to reply to everyone who contacts me. As a result, I attempt to prioritise messages whose content is particularly important. 

I do not open URLs in messages where a URL is sent without context.

I do not reply to messages that are sent anonymously.

I do not have time to read lengthy and meandering messages.

I do not reply to messages that are overly personal. 

I do not respond to fascist propaganda.

I do, however, welcome concise, politely worded, and constructive messages.
